Newly Forecasted USAID Funding Opportunities

In January 2019, USAID added up to $379 million in newly forecasted funding opportunities to the Mission Forecast. An analysis of the largest of these anticipated opportunities is included below. 
Jordan anticipates a total of $50M-$100M divided between two opportunities. The first of these two awards is the EDE - Jordan Enterprise Support Activity for $25M-$50M in the Economic Growth and Trade sector. The second award is the Women Economic Empowerment Activity in the Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment sector. This contract is also anticipated at $250M-$50M.

Pakistan is forecasted to receive a total of $35M-$75M split between two separate opportunities. The Pakistan Youth Development Project (PYDP) is a cooperative agreement anticipated for $25M-$50M in the Education sector. The second anticipated award in Pakistan is the Women's Economic Empowerment cooperative agreement for $10M-$25M in the Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment sector.

Central Asia anticipates a single award for the region for $25M-$50M. This Global Health contract seeks to expande tuberculosis identification, treatment, and prevention in Central Asia in the TB Flagship.

Bosnia/Herzegovina is forecasted to receive three different awards for a total of $12M-$30M. The Civil Society - Anti-Corruption Activity is a cooperative agreement in the Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance sector for $4M-$10M. Bosnia/Herzegovina also anticipates a contract in the Economic Growth and Trade entitled Energy Policy Activity for $4M-$10M. The final anticipated award is the Radical E-Services (RESist) contract for $4M-$10M in the Economic Growth and Trade sector.
