Health Tip Of the Week
Here’s a tip for your sweet tooth! There’s no sense in depriving yourself from enjoying your favorite foods. When that time comes, pick the ones you want to indulge in, but limit yourself. I call it, “indulge and resist.” Let’s be honest, there are some sweets that are just “ok” and some that are “amazing!” Don’t blame it on the holidays. Just resist, and eat what you love, not what’s there and just tastes “ok.” Make your favorite healthy treat, and make enough for everyone. It’s guilt free!
