Are you looking for a more radiant and fulfilling life? Join Dr. Katherine T. Kelly, holistic psychologist, for this one-day retreat to learn to master the art of self-care and pave your way to optimal health.
Few people know what it really takes to feed their soul-- to care for themselves in all "branches" or aspects of life-- which ensures protection from emotional and physical health crises. Dr. Kelly has created her own "Recipe for Radiance" to guide you in designing a personalized self-care-- or soul-care-- regimen that will not only protect you from life's stressors, but also help you evolve beyond old, unhealthy thoughts, behaviors, and habits.
During this retreat, you will learn to identify 1) the top five core "ingredients" that are essential to your own personalized self-care regimen, 2) the "second-tier" ingredients which will "season" and enhance your Recipe for Radiance, and 3) ways to integrate your self-designed regimen into your daily life.
2016 is the year to manifest what you want from this day forward, and this retreat will provide you with the steps to create a radiant and more optimal life!
Retreat Fee: Early Bird Registration is $110.00 (by February 5th)

After February 5th, fee is $125.00
