Highlights of 2014
Programs
2014 saw the beginning of our Queensland Literacy Support Program, as well as the commencement of the Darley & Bacchus Marsh Homework Club in Northern Melbourne.

Events
We were so lucky to have some fantastic supporters and schools raise funds and donate high quality books to us throughout the year. Events included a 10 km ocean swim, trivia nights and art auctions.

Book Distribution
We distributed thousands of our Healthy Living Series books, with many going to kindergartens and early learning centres. We also continued to send out books to Indigenous children across Australia through our Books For Learning program.

Literacy Camps
We held a number of literacy and heritage camps throughout 2014, across Ballarat and Melbourne.
Christmas Campaign
Our Christmas Campaign, which was distributed to our donors in November last year, focused on our Book Backpack program. For every $30 donated, we send out one backpack filled with 5 age appropriate books, plus a set of our Healthy Living Series. So far, we have raised nearly $16,000!
