2019 brought more trips, more riders, and new records. We added 3 Biki Stops and 43 docking points, moved to a new headquarters, hosted a summer picnic, gave away tickets to Tokyo, and launched a bike audio tour. Now that the new year is in full swing, we want to take a quick pause to share some of our latest milestones with you.

The Free Spirit Plan continues to be the most popular membership, offering 300 minutes of ride time that can be used in any increment. This flexible option has become increasingly popular among residents that do not live in Biki's service area since it gives users the option to take TheBus, or drive into town, and then use Biki to get around the city. The average trip duration for a single Free Spirit ride is just under 19 minutes.

Anthony C., Commuter Plan
"Biki is an easy and inexpensive way to get back into bicycling. The bicycles are perfect for leisure and commuting. I now have a personal bike, but still use Biki for short trips and when visiting public places that do not have secure bike storage."
Biki Tip: Get HBL's Oahu Bike Map to find the lowest stress, most fun bicycle routes. You'll find that many Biki stations are located on or near low-stress routes.
