Another year in the books! We are proud to have reached three years of service and couldn't have done it without your support. We'll be Biki riding for our birthday during this weekend's Kalakaua Open Street Sundays event, and hope you will too!

BLASTS FROM THE PAST
Non-Profit Formed in 2014
The 501(c)3, Bikeshare Hawaii, was established to launch and manage a bikeshare system in Honolulu.

Research & Equipment
We visited dozens of other bikeshare systems and tested equipment to find the perfect bike for Honolulu.

Branding
While there are bikeshare systems in hundreds of cities across the world, there is only one Biki. "Biki" is a hybrid of "Bike" and "Wiki" (fast).

Outreach and Education
We spent about two years engaging in community outreach and site planning to make the system as convenient, safe and accessible for residents as possible.

Installation
It took only two weeks to install the initial 100 Biki Stops across Honolulu.

System Launch
The community joined us to celebrate Biki's launch on June 28, 2017.

YOUR HELP IS NEEDED!
Help us improve! Please take a few minutes to complete our member survey.

We're about to resume filming for our Public Service Campaign with Ad2 Hawaii and still need a few background actors, and a Kakaako apartment to use for a scene. Please contact us if you can help!
REMEMBERING SENATOR BREENE HARIMOTO
Earlier this week, Senator Breene Harimoto passed away after a long battle with pancreatic cancer. We would like to thank and recognize Senator Harimoto for his tremendous efforts to improve Honolulu's transportation landscape and advocate for complete streets.
MAHALO TO OUR SUPPORTERS
Thank you to our supporters, riders and partners for making this past year possible.
