Nursery - Provides nurturing childcare for infants through pre-kindergarten.
Picture Book Unitarian Universalism – K-2nd grade
Explore our UU principles through carefully selected picture books which illustrate UU identity.  (Piper Room)
Harry and UU - Grades 3 - 5 include fun wizarding activities, but the main purpose of the curriculum is social action. The class forms a chapter of Dumbledore’s army and fights against various Horcruxes.  Horcruxes are real world social action projects in our community.  (Stage Room)
Youth - Middle and high school students are welcome in service.  Our youth program meets second hour. In January & February, we'll spend some talking the UUA General Assembly, which will be in New Orleans in June: A great opportunity for our youth to connect to the wider UU world!

Great conversations develop as we discuss our reactions to the themes and topic of our Sunday’s message from the pulpit.  Whether you agree or disagree with the perspective expressed, Porch Swing is a great opportunity to share personal viewpoints in a safe, accepting environment! 

Extra, Extra! - Board Room - Led by Diane Gibson
Current news headlines offer up opportunities for interesting discussions and  reflections on how we might practice our UU Seven Principles in real life!  Diane Gibson leads this discussion and encourages you to come and share your viewpoints on what’s happening in the world.
You Only Think You're Gone - Harmony Room - Led by Alex Gacic
In this gathering of "Surviving Old Age," Alex will address "Dealing with electronic info that tends to live long after you've gone"

our RE children/youth in grades kindergarten and up will have a special outing to NOWAL FARM.  RSVP by 2/26 IS REQUIRED.  Please click here for more details.
The RE program is still in need of DUCT TAPE IN A VARIETY OF COLORS/PATTERNS. Please consider picking up a roll to donate the next time you are out shopping.  In an upcoming multi-age lesson, duct tape will symbolize flexibility. Children will be reflecting on the value and qualities of developing an open mind. Should make for a fun and educational Sunday!

Stepping it up for Ministry! 
to the 12 families/members/friends ("pledging units") who have pledged/donated $29,657.98 to our Ministry Foundation Fund to bring a minister here. We're closing in on halfway to our $75K goal, with much fewer than half of our 75 pledging units responding. We're on our way!
Help us keep "stepping it up." Please bring in your forms this Sunday for donations to the Foundation Fund and for your pledge to help 2017-8 be another great year at UUFEC.
March 19: Bring a Friend for our special speaker, Rev. Gordon Gibson
Rev. Gordon Gibson, retired UU minister, civil rights activist, and author of Southern Witness, will step out of retirement for a day to share a message with us about how UUs can make a difference and help us celebrate our progress in raising funds for ministry. Bring a friend or two. 
We will also celebrate with a fabulous spaghetti lunch during second hour (and Rev. Gordon will sign books). Details coming soon!  
UUFEC's Board of Trustees will hold its March meeting on Monday, March 20, at 6:30 at UUFEC. Please send any agenda items to President Josh Ashley by Wednesday, March 15 (
