Hey there, friends!

Summer is in full swing and it's going by much too fast. I heard people talking about Fall the other day. I'm not ready for that kind of talk just yet! I'm glad the warm weather will be sticking around a few more months and I plan to take advantage of every beautiful day I can - if my body cooperates!

I don't know how your summer has gone. I don't know if you've missed out on fun plans because your body had other ideas or if the person you're caring for needed you. Those things happen and they can be so frustrating. I have something fun planned for the end of this month and I'm praying my body doesn't sabotage me. Can you relate?

God keeps bringing to mind 2 Corinthians 12:9. I keep seeing it places and I know God wants the truth to sink deep into my heart. The ESV version reads, "But he said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me."

If you're in a difficult season of life, know that Jesus' power is made perfect in our weaknesses. When we are weak, we can be strong in Him. It's a powerful concept and I pray it encourages you to keep looking to the Lord. I also pray that the words in this issue of Broken but Priceless: The Magazine will encourage and bless you. May God use these words to strengthen your heart and fill you with His peace.
