Mary Christ-Erwin will speak to us about herview of what our industry and roles for us might look like in the future and how to stay sane when in a crisis in a presentation titled "Food is a Four-letter Word."
About Mary:

Mary Christ-Erwin leads Porter Novelli's food issues and policy work. Her experience in issues and product and organizational positioning has been integral to clients ranging from The Walt Disney Corporation to the Florida Department of Citrus.
Navigating today's food landscapes requipres significant insight into current and emerging consumer, business and policy trends.
 Translation of science and the challenges and opportunities inherent in today's food conversation into influencer and consumer communications is a hallmark of Mary's work.

A frequent speaker on development and communication of food-related messages, Mary is an advisor to the annual Consumer Federation of America Food Policy Conference. She is a member of the IFT, ASN and in 2009, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics granted Mary the highest honor for non-members -- honorary membership in the Academy - in recognition of her contribution to advancing the profession and was named to the Board of the Academy Foundation in 2012.
