There are a wide variety of after school clubs which take place at local schools or within the local community. Please visit your school’s website or ask at your child’s main office reception for more details.

Some after school clubs are funded and coordinated directly by the TNLP Trust’s Cluster Team or some of our wider community partners. Please view our calendar for more details of what is currently taking place and how to book your child’s place.

Please click here to view our Trust calendar which includes details of the TNLP Trust Music Centre which runs after school on a Tuesday and Wednesday.

We have just finalised our October half term programme of activities and publicity has been sent out through schools. You can now book these events on our website and no longer need to complete and return a parental consent form. For step by step instructions on how to do this please read the article below regarding our new website booking procedures. All of our events will be offered FREE of charge during October half term as a thank you to all of our Members for bearing with us whilst we are still perfecting our new website and booking process. We really appreciate all of your feedback and are making changes all the time to try and improve your user experience in future.

We have been working alongside local community partners to produce a programme that will contain details of all activities, events and trips taking place within the local area with clear referral routes to the lead organisation linked to each activity. We hope that this will make things easier for parents and carers to find everything in one place when making plans for October half term.

A variety of activities and events have been organised by the TNLP Trust to take place during October half term. Activities include:
  • Leeds United Football Camp
  • Activity Day: Sports, games, arts and crafts, inflatables, freebies, free lunch
  • York Ghost Walk
  • Multi Games
  • Gruesome Temple Newsam
Our publicity has already been sent out through schools and centres but if you haven't yet received it and would like to find out more please click here to view more details on our website.

A huge thank you to all partners who helped us to coordinate these events including: TNLP Trust staff and volunteers, Meadowfield Children's Centre, Templenewsam and Colton Children's Centre, TNLP Trust Operational Community Provisions Group Members, Leeds City Council Community Committee and associated teams, Leeds Youth Service, Barca YIP, Temple Newsam House, West Yorkshire Police Safer Schools Officers and Temple Moor High School.

Just a reminder that our booking procedures have changed for all activities, events, groups and trips. All bookings are now taken via our TNLP Trust website. These changes will help to streamline and improve how members of our Trust can view, access and engage with services being offered within the local community. These developments will also have a positive environmental impact since we are moving towards all of our activities, events, training and groups being advertised and booked electronically via our website rather than returned completed consent forms and letters or having to email someone. This will also save on the time it takes to confirm your booking as it will be instant. You will no longer have to wait several days or weeks for a text message to find out if your event booking has been accepted and approved.

These changes are effective immediately and by clicking through on the top right of the website as displayed below you can:

1) Register as an Active Member of the Trust
(if you have already registered you just need to sign in with your email address and password)
2) Book activities, events and trips
3) Pay for your activities, events and trips online or alternatively request for help with payment if you need it or alternatively if you would like to access free events

You will need to register your details (and those of your children if you are a local parent or carer) first before you can then start booking activities, events, groups and trips.

Once you have done this you can view our calendar of events to start browsing what you would like to access. You can view our calendar of events by clicking on the 'Children and Young People' section of our website and then select 'Events' in the drop down menu.

The actual calendar of events looks like this:
When you click through to view the details of an event it looks like this:
All you need to do then is click on the basket icon to add it to your shopping basket and then checkout to complete and finalise your booking(s). You will need to add events to your basket and checkout even if there is no cost to the event.

Please note that children and young people are unable to register their own details on our website. Parents and carers will need to do this on their behalf. This is to ensure that we have parental consent which is requested electronically at the time of registration on behalf of your family and when booking events for children and young people. You can not finalise and checkout any event bookings for children and young people on our website without first giving your parental consent for them to take part in such events.

It is really important to us at the TNLP Trust to regularly consult with all of our member groups to ensure that priorities and action plans are informed by suggestions and comments made by YOU! The TNLP Trust and Trust School Councils enable children and young people to regularly have their say and influence what is important to them in school and within the local community.

All feedback from recent consultations undertaken between April to August 2016 has been collated into a report, shared with the TNLP Trust Steering Group and colleagues from Leeds City Council and will also be reported to the TNLP Trust Board and will be incorporated in the TNLP Trust Action Plan for the 2016 to 2017 period. Thanks for your feedback!
