Sunday 1st January 2017

Hi <<First Name>>

Welcome to our first newsletter for the year and the launch of our 2017 Esoteric Yoga Stillness Program for Women series.

January 1st is traditionally the day when new year's resolutions are started, with the best of intentions to make those changes we have been aware of but not yet actioned. The resolutions may last a day, a week or sometimes longer, but usually it's not that long before all the good intentions go out the window and are abandoned for the more familiar and seemingly comfortable ways of living we are used to.

To make true and lasting changes we require support, along with the inspiration to keep developing the care and love we deserve. This January the Esoteric Yoga Stillness Program for Women would like to invite you to join us to start the new year with exactly that intention .... to offer each other the support and inspiration to continually grow and evolve as women.

In this edition we share:
  • Our next series of programs – open for bookings
  • Our brand new theme for these upcoming programs
  • An audio interview on exhaustion
  • Sharing and staying connected on social media

UPCOMING PROGRAMS

Bookings for the 6-week group programs commencing in January 2017 are now open.

Each 6-week program incorporates one Esoteric Yoga session per week. Every session is a combination of an Esoteric Yoga session and a group discussion, both of which support us as women to develop our relationship with stillness.

The programs may be attended via ‘live’ sessions online, or via the session recordings that can be accessed at a time that suits you in your week. An online learning platform and participants' blog supports further opportunity for sharing and connection throughout your program.

PROGRAM THEME – NEW BEGINNINGS

The beginning of a new year represents a time when we can reflect upon the previous year with a view to seeing what is and isn’t working. What is working and truly supports our relationship with ourselves, our body and our relationships with everyone in our lives we can then use as our benchmark. For it is this benchmark which supports us in setting a known standard or quality that we can then carry into all areas of our lives. Not only that, this helps us to also clearly see and let go of what isn't meeting that same quality.

A new beginning is therefore not something that happens automatically because it is a new year. Each new year offers us another cycle, another opportunity to make new choices. If we keep repeating the same choices we have to question what, if anything is changing. Is it just the scene, the people and experiences that are changing or is there also an inward change, on a deeper, more personal level that we can experience, enjoy and live as a new benchmark?

Our theme for this program is new beginnings and we look forward to supporting you to establish and deepen your relationship with stillness as it is in stillness that we naturally invite the deeper awareness and changes to take place.

Every step in stillness is a foundation for deeper and more loving experiences.

PARTICIPANT INTERVIEW

Exhaustion affects many women and stems from a way of being and moving that is not in line with our natural rhythm of stillness. Feeling exhausted, depleted and drained is our body’s way of telling us that we have over-extended, often to achieve and live up to certain ideals, beliefs, roles and expectations we have allowed from ourselves and others. Gina shares with us the steps she is taking to break the cycle of exhaustion she has lived with for a large period of her life and the new beginnings she has discovered within herself.
