Nagambie Farmers Market, Sunday January 28
The Meat Room will be cooking up a storm at the first Nagambie Farmers Market for 2018, feeding salivating market shoppers with our delicious sausages. We’ll also have our preservative free, free range pork sausages available to purchase on the day.
The market is held at the historic Tahbilk Winery between 10am and 2pm. It’s a great little market which showcases the best local produce from the region.
This is one for the diaries – enjoy a fantastic day of free entertainment for the whole family while you celebrate all things ‘Italy’ at the Mirboo North Italian Festa in February.
Along with singing, dancing and music, there will be comedy shows, cooking demonstrations and competitions. Explore the market stalls, try out the food stalls and drinks terrace, and if that wasn’t enough, there will be grape stomping. This is a day for the kids too, with a jumping castle, inflatable slide and face painting all sure to keep the kids amused.
The Meat Room will be cooking up our famous porchetta, and selling porchetta rolls on the day, so make sure you visit to get your fix.
We’ll have packs of fresh sausages and salami available to purchase too, so don’t forget to pack your cooler bag!!
The Regional World's Longest Lunch for the Goulburn Valley will be held at the beautiful Box Grove Vineyard in Nagambie. The lunch celebrates the Goulburn Region, and Nagambie's sustainable produce, focusing on zero food miles, where the produce used for the lunch is sourced from around the area and is sustainably grown.
The Meat Room will be supplying the salami for the lunch, so why not come and indulge in a four-course lunch with Box Grove Vineyard matched wine.
You’ll also find us at the Farmers Market which will be running on the day, where we will be selling our delicious salami.

Ready to learn a new skill in 2018? Our sausage and salami making classes provide you with everything you need to know, and all the techniques to get you making your own sausages and salami like a pro!
Class participants will enjoy a yummy morning tea and freshly-cooked wood-fired pizza for lunch, and will certainly not go home empty handed with delicious sausages to take with you.
