Perth market snapshot
for week endng 21st Nov 2018.  Source:
Sales activity UP by 29% to 625 transactions. This is due to by a 29% increase in house sales, a 34% increase in unit sales, and a 19% increase in vacant land sales.

Properties listed across Perth is UP to 15,740. Listings for houses UP by 2% whilst vacant land up by 1%, and units Up 3%. The total number of listings are still 5% HIGHER compared to the same time last year.

Total rental properties is 7039. This 26% lower than the same time last year. The vacancy rate has returned to a normal 3% down from 6.8% same time last year.
