A new report from PwC focuses on the female millennial - more ambitious and career confident than any previous generation.
  • 86% of millennial women look for a company with a strong commitment and record on Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Millennial women have a high awareness of biases that favor men's advancement in the workplace and do not feel like enough is being done to level the playing field.
  • Millennial women across career stages are most likely to leave employers due to lack of career progression.

Accenture: #ListenLeadLearn
Accenture released its 2015 global research on work and gender in honor of International Women's Day. This interactive website by Accenture highlights their findings.
  • Global professionals consider themselves good listeners but overwhelmingly admit to multitasking. Millennials report the highest tendency to multitask.
  • Listening skills are seen as an increasing challenge in the workplace.
  • While interpersonal skills are seen as the most critical to successful leadership, only 38% of respondents say that their workplaces provides training in this area.
