|Dear Fun Conspirators,
Did you know that *play*
may well be the fountain of youth?
According to a 21-year study
conducted by Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Syracuse University, people who engaged in fun and challenging activities such as playing board games, musical instruments and dancing reduced their risk of Alzheimer's disease by up to 75%!
Research also shows playfulness promotes heart health, happiness and other positive emotions, and social connections—all of which support healthy aging.
This month, we invite you to reclaim your youthful spirit by joining us for our upcoming Dance Walk
and our Successful Aging! playshops
