Unloading & Funloading

A quick review of the daily headlines reminds us of our culture's obsession with drama that is undeniably more than a little unhealthy.

While we all need to unload our burdens, we can end up spending more time unloading rather than sharing what brings us joy. If we're not careful, we can find ourselves unwittingly mired in an abyss of negativity.

What would happen if we spent more time FUNloading with each other?

We played with this idea along with 300 healing professionals at the Healing Beyond Borders' 19th Annual Energy Healing Conference earlier this month.

Here's what we discovered:

When we connect with and share our playful selves, even playful memories can elevate our energy in just a few moments. Imagine what actually playing together can do for us!

We explored present-moment play too, and we experienced the contagious nature of joy, which you can read about in this month's blog.

We invite you to join our latest conspiracy to overthrow the "uns" and claim our right to Authentic Fun and joyful connection.
