French Tartes

Our French Tartes are distinguishable by their open-faced construction, bringing the heart of the tarte--the fruit or nut--into the foreground. Built upon a Breton Sablé crust, the intricate and tantalizing configurations of fruit on our Tartes are showstoppers at any event.

Bûches de Nöel

A traditional and whimsically decorated French yule log made of rolled sponge cake, frosted with French buttercream in the flavor of your choice!

Galette des Rois

The Galette des Rois is a confection made of hundreds of flaky layers of puff pastry--like a large croissant--filled with marzipan that's usually enjoyed on the Catholic Epiphany. We think it deserves a little more attention, so we're bringing it to Christmas! Traditionally, a small collectible porcelain figurine called a "fève" is hidden inside and whoever finds it is the king of the feast! It's a wonderfully festive tradition sure to bring laughs and merriment to your table--but be sure to check for the fève before you bite in!

Cheesecakes

Our French Cheesecake differs from American Cheesecakes in one very noticeable way: The crust! Instead of graham crackers, we bake our cheesecakes in a sweet pastry shell, allowing us a much taller bake.
