Official gala opening information will be announced early this Winter--there will be some surprises, so stay tuned! We intend to operate both the SouthPark and Southend locations for as long as possible.     Where: 6401 Morrison Blvd 4A Charlotte, NC 28211 When: Early Spring 2018 Why:  The building housing our current location on South Boulevard will be next in line to be demolished during phase two of the Sedgefield Redevelopment Project. While the move will be quite a transition, we are taking this opportunity to build the Pâtisserie of our (and your) dreams.
