LEARNING TO SHOOT SIG
LEARN TO SHOOT IN LOW LIGHT WITHOUT A TRIPOD
February WEDNESDAY the 17th at 7:00
DID YOU KNOW IT WILL BE COLD WEDNESDAY? We'll meet in the church atrium at 7:00. That's the entrance furthest from Lake Front Circle. We'll find some nice low light quiet place to discuss how to get a good picture without a tripod. We'll be trying for good sharp pictures with minimum noise (low ISO). Some of those will be of moving subjects as if encountered during a street photography trip at night. You may want to bring a fast lens, but also something on the wide side. 24 to around 35 is good for street work. Topics include methods to stabilize and hold the camera, shutter speed and f stop, ISO, panning, composition and attitude.
February the 17th at 7:00 sharp. See you there.
A little about safety follows. WE WILL BE INDOORS SO A MASK IS REQUIRED. ALSO KEEP SIX FEET CLEAR. I know we like to look at other's LCDs and we may get close. Please take care and treat this as everyone, including you, is a potential carrier. It is a way to try to be safe. Wash hands frequently (bring your hand sanitizer) and keep your hands away from your face. All surfaces while out are suspect.
DO NOT Bring a tripod. Bring your lenses of choice.
Keep Safe.
