Stay well, stay hopeful, stay playful

Dear friends

We hope you and your loved ones are well and coping in these strange, frightening and deeply troubled times.

It’s important for us all to find ways to keep our spirits up and keep connected, safely. One of the things we’ve been doing in ‘lockdown’ is experimenting with online workshops. We’ve run a few pilots with some of our regulars and we’re pleased to say they’ve been a success.

Here's some feedback from a recent (online) Improv Saturday:
"That was such fun - really needed at the moment and a great escape. I think the choice of games was brilliant and the whole operation was very smooth, so we had lots of improv time. Hats off to you both!" Stuart, West Yorkshire
We know some of you won’t have the time or energy (or inclination) to join us. For those of you who’d like to give it a try, we’re now offering a number of weekly opportunities to play.

We’re finding that 8 is an ideal group size for everyone to have a good experience, so rather than go above that number in individual workshops, we’ll run additional ones if there’s the demand.

We’re using Zoom, and a laptop or tablet is your best option – basically the bigger the screen, the better the experience. No need to worry if you’ve not used Zoom before. It’s pretty simple, and we’ll send you a link before the session which you just need to click on to join. It takes a matter of minutes.

We want to keep developing and growing what we can offer, so do please get in touch with ideas, feedback and encouragement. We’d love to hear from you.
