Screen Time

Business

As more and more people use digital platforms as an alternative to face-to-face meetings, it can become easy to fade into the background.  Harvard Business Review can help you with their article, "How to Elevate Your Presence in a Virtual Meeting."

Fun

Despite spending our works days on our computer, many of us find ourselves filling our evenings with more screens.  Are you looking to add something to your night in?  Already having drinks?  Check out these movie and TV drinking games.

Mental Health and Stress Relief

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and CTYP wants to remind you that You Are Not Alone.  Even the most carefree and easygoing person may be struggling during social distancing.  Click the image above for NAMI's (National Alliance for Mental Illness) awareness month resources, and look below for some additional stress relieving suggestions from CTYP.

How to Help

For those looking to cut down on their Amazon purchases and support businesses directly, The Guardian has some tips for online shopping.

Organizations all over the state are asking for volunteers to help with COVID-19 relief efforts.  VolunteerMatch has thousands of virtual and local opportunities available for anyone willing to give their time.

Help us connect volunteers in other areas of CT with opportunities!  Email us at info@ctyp.org with lists or resources.
