Summer vacation over, back to work.
Look for more YouTube and web content in the next week, it was time to recharge the ol' batteries. Working on some fun stuff and some announcements soon. It's a great time to collect Mego figures.
The biggest names in DC Comics. The biggest retro figures around. The biggest sale you could ask for! Figures Toy Company is making room for all of the new products expected to arrive in the months and year to come, and that means sales on some of their most popular items, like their line of 12 inch DC Comics Retro Figures!
Most of the time, #MMFTCNEWS will advise collectors of upcoming products and new releases, but this week FTC wants to alert new and longtime collectors alike of the sales going on at right now! Their line of DC Comics 12 Inch Retro Figures features DC icons like Superman, Batman, The Joker, and The Flash, plus popular characters like Harley Quinn and Plastic Man that will look great in anyone's collection, and each of these figures is now only $19.99! That's a huge savings given that the original price on these was $49.99!
The sale on the DC Comics 12 Inch Retro Figures isn't the only sale going on at FTC right now; there are plenty of other options from DC to KISS to pro wrestling figures have been given special bundle deals and/or markdowns that collectors should take advantage of while the sales and supplies last! Head over to FTC's website ASAP for this sale and more, and be sure to follow FTC on social media for product updates, sales announcements, sneak previews, and more!

Toy-Ventures magazine is a return to the old-school print publication specifically for collectors. We cover toys and action figures from the 1960s to the 1990s in a full-colour comprehensive manner.

So if you miss the days of Toyfare and Tomarts, give Toy-Ventures a try.
Chiclets Play Pal by Tarco gives off an uncanny "7-Zark-7" vibe.

Issue 7 of Toy-Ventures has an article titled "A Chew Hope" by Michael Grifka that traces our brief fascination with combining gum with Star Wars Knock-Off figures.

As an editor, this kind of article is what I really hoped we could do when creating Toy-Ventures, spreading the word about the obscure and less talked about playthings.

Did you miss print toy collector magazines? So did we; that's why we created Toy-Ventures.

A quarterly print collector magazine that celebrates toys from the 1960s to the 1990s. Since 2020, Toy-Ventures has been taking deep dives into the history of toys and action figures.
