Happy Canada Day Weekend!

2017 marks 150 years since confederation - so we thought it would be fun to highlight Canadian achievements that are related to vaccines! 

You might be surprised to find out that our country has been a global leader in this field! Although there’s no way we can cover all the contributions that Canada has made, here’s some highlights:
 

Did you know:

The world's first HIV vaccine is being developed in Canada? It has already passed phase 1 trials!

The Ebola Vaccine was developed in Canada?

Research on combination vaccines
have been historically lead by Canada?

The first polio vaccine would not have been possible without Canadian research and vaccine production?
