A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!
Park City is a community where open space is not taken for granted. Many conservation groups such as Utah Open Lands, work diligently to preserve nature, views and wildlife from development. One of the reasons we love living here is all of the open space! Bonanza Flats, 1,350 acres near Guardsman's Pass may be acquired by the town of Park City for $38M if they can meet additional funding goals. To learn more click here.
