Triage & Support Line Operative
Hours: 22.5
Location: Norwich
Salary: £19,690.88 rising to £20,130.75 after completion of a successful 6-month probation - pro rata

The post holder will work with the Crisis Intervention Team in the Support Line. You will be responsible for providing support to clients with varying mental health needs over the phone and managing referrals into the REST service as and when required. You will play an integral part in assisting an individual during a period of crisis and no two shifts on the support line will look the same! As part of the team you will be an active contributor to signposting individuals to services that are targeted to their specific needs, long term aims and as well as providing a listening ear in their time of need. You will have the support of an incredibly knowledgeable team and you will never feel alone in supporting our callers.

Peer Support Worker Supervisor

This role will sit within the Peer Support Work team, providing supervision for Peer Support Workers within the Wellbeing Service and empowering them to provide the best possible recovery-oriented support to clients. We are recruiting for a Senior Support Worker at Highwater House, a dual diagnosis unit providing residential care for 22 adults with mental health and substance misuse issues. The post will require applicants to have good understanding of CQC legislation and safeguarding. You will be confident running shifts, directing staff, administrating medication, report writing, care planning, escorting residents to appointments, planning and implementing activities, providing personnel care and attending meetings with other professionals.

We are recruiting for a manager to join our exciting new project – St Martins House! St Martins House is a 23-bed hostel which will provide ‘second stage’ accommodation for people who want to take the next step towards independent living. St Martins House will have team members on site 24 hours a day with the people living in St Martins House receiving daily support alongside their accommodation, which will be their home for 18-24 months until they are able to move on to live independently.

IPS Employment Specialist

As an IPS Employment Specialist, you will have a caseload of up to 20 clients. You will help support your clients (who are on their mental health recovery journey) to secure and retain paid employment. Whether our clients want to work a couple of hours a week, or full-time, we help them to go back into employment, which is so rewarding. This may involve supporting your clients with tasks such as: searching for local job vacancies; helping them with the CV, cover letter or application form; providing them with interview skills and supporting them once they are in work.
