Chair of Trustees


Organisation: Age UK Norwich
Hours: Half a day per week on average
Location: Norwich/ Online with adhoc travel to regional and national events

Age UK Norwich are seeking a new Chair who can work with the Board of Trustees, and the Chief Executive Officer and his team, to lead and guide our organisation through the next stage of its exciting development.

Head of Advice Services


Organisation: MAP
Hours: Up to full time 37 hours per week
Location: Norwich or Great Yarmouth, with a county-wide remit
Salary: £33,763 - £38,744 per annum (pro rata*)
MAP have an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to strategically lead the ongoing delivery, evaluation and sustainable planning of our advice services for young people aged 11-25.

Norfolk Community Advice Network Co-ordinator


Organisation: Norfolk Community Law Service
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Remote based at present due to Covid-19, may return to Norwich office in future.
Salary: £20,998 per annum
Norfolk Community Advice Network (NCAN) works to ensure that Norfolk residents can access free, good quality social welfare information, advice, assistance and representation. We are seeking to appoint a Co-ordinator to provide support to the NCAN Director.

Advice & Welfare Manager


Organisation: University of East Anglia Student Union
Hours: 33 hours per week if start before June 2021. Full time hours (36.25 pw) 1st June 2021 onwards
Location: Norwich
Salary: £24,319 (£26,715 fte) per annum

You will be experienced in advising and advocating for students through a range of issues, or have comparative experience, and be able to apply this in supporting your team.

Senior Support Worker

Organisation: The Benjamin Foundation
Hours: 37.25 hours including lone working, weekends, evenings, sleep ins and on call on a rota basis
Location: King's Lynn
Salary: £22,391.72 per annum. Sleep in and on call paid in addition. Plus pension and other benefits      

Butterfly House is an accommodation setting for vulnerable young adults aged between 18 and 30 years old, including those with Mental Health and Behavioural Difficulties.

Support Workers

Organisation: The Benjamin Foundation
Hours: 18 hours per week with possibility of additional hours.  This position includes lone working, weekends, evenings, sleep ins and on call responsibilities on a rota basis.
Location: King's Lynn
Salary: £9,191.52 per annum, £9.82 per hour. Sleep in and on call allowances paid in addition. Plus employee pension scheme and other benefits

Hours: This is a part time post and we would welcome applicants who can commit to the minimum of 18 hours per week, days & times are flexible
Location: Norwich based
Salary: £18,066 (Full Time Equivalent) 
This role will be part of the front-face of the charity, supporting older people to access the services they need to make the best of later life.

Suffolk Duty Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA)


Organisation: Leeway
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Ipswich
Salary: £25,064 (pro rata) increased to £27,064 following successful completion of probation period
You will manage referrals and caseloads for the Suffolk IDVA Service, to identify and provide immediate, safety planning to those identified as high risk of further significant harm, who are living with/ or fleeing domestic abuse.

Salary: £20,447 - £22,132 per annum (current funding until March 2022

The Matthew Project are looking for an experienced professional to support young people under the age of 19 affected by substance misuse issues.

Peer Support Worker (Job Share)


Organisation: Julian Support
Hours: 18.5 hours per week - job share
Location: Your base would be our Head Office in Norwich but role includes travel across Norfolk & Suffolk
Salary: £17,893.20 p.a. - £19,567.08 p.a. pro rata (full time is 37 hours per week)
Using your personal experience of the Criminal Justice System, you will support others in similar circumstances to make positive life changes.

Family Carer Practitioner


Organisation: Voluntary Norfolk
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Currently home based due to Covid Pandemic.  Normal base will be local Early Help Hub in District Council Offices
Salary: £23,370 per annum
We are looking for an exceptional and committed Family Carer Practitioner to join our team providing one to one support for unpaid carers and their families.

Child & Young Person Bereavement Support


Organisation: Scotty's Little Soldiers
Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: King's Lynn
Salary: £25,000 per annum

Scotty's Little Soldiers are looking for someone to work directly with bereaved Forces children, young people and young adults (0-25 years) and their families to promote positive emotional health and wellbeing and to help minimise any negative impacts of their bereavement.

Living Well Worker

Hours: 26.5 hours a week
Location: Equal Lives office
Salary: £21,307.33 rising to £23,323 per annum after completion of a successful probation period (pro-rata based on 37 hour FTE)
The role of the Living Well Worker is to support the provision, coordination and development of Social Prescribing: supporting individuals and families to access support within their local community from community, voluntary and public-sector organisations.
