To provide one to one and group emotional support sessions to people who are accessing the hub in crisis and in need of support. To focus on de-escalating the crisis experienced, making plans for recovery and providing a safe place to regroup. To help reduce the sense of social isolation and refocus on current or possible support networks. To work alongside peer support workers in providing a recovery focussed support plan to instigate and continue people’s recovery journey.

We are looking to appoint a Finance and Administration Officer with an eye for detail who excels in being accurate and has experience of working with finances. The role will have responsibility for processing payments, purchase invoices and expenses and maintaining records within QuickBooks, as well as providing administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chief Executive.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and suitably experienced individual to join our Support Team as an HR Officer. You will have responsibility for all HR administration and associated processes. You will be responsible for recruitment, providing effective assistance to managers, improving compliance and responding to day to day HR queries from across the organisation. This role is supported where necessary by an external HR consultancy. You will need experience providing a range of HR advice and using an HR database. Good communication skills and the ability to prioritise work are essential.

This role is split into two area’s – Living Well Worker (0.6 FTE) and Outreach Worker (0.4 FTE). The role of the Living Well Worker is to support the provision, coordination and development of Social Prescribing, supporting individuals and families to access support within their local community from community, voluntary and public-sector organisations. The role of the Outreach Worker is to advise in outreach settings. on a range of issues for example relationships, housing, debt and many more.

As a Volunteer Service Manager you will lead the development and delivery of Volunteer Services on a day-to-day basis. You will be enthusiastic about the positive impact of volunteering in the community, dedicated to recruiting, training and supporting volunteers, have good communication and interpersonal skills, and enjoy helping others to achieve their goals and make a difference. You will work closely with senior managers in commissioning organisations to build sustainable services in volunteers support health, wellbeing and social inclusion and the positive impact of volunteers in improving the quality of life of vulnerable and isolated people is valued.
