We have developed a partnership with CPDMe that will build on the existing facility for CFRs to record any CPD on the CPDMe website. The additional content will be in the form of video clips and learning materials that will support CFRs existing knowledge, allow them to brush up their skills and also widen their knowledge on relevant topics.
The NACFR have a growing list of CFRs that are interested in being part of us. We have received details on CFRs from all over the UK including Jersey. Word seems to be travelling far and wide! Now that we have achieved a fair amount of people, we would like to find out, in more detail, what skills and equipment CFRs have around the UK. As such, we have prepared an online questionnaire for CFRs to complete. Please feel free to pass this to other CFRs. This can be access on the following link. The survey does not ask for any personal information. This survey has 8 questions and should take around 5 minutes to complete.

NACFR would like to announce the support of it's first Ambulance Trust CEO, Mr Paul Sutton of SECAmb. Paul has been instrumental in the development of SECAmb in it's strive to exceed best practice. Part of his goal is to develop and enhance the use and development of CFRs across the country. As such the NACFR invited Paul to be one of our Founding Trustees. To View our trustees, please click here.
Our Charity Commission application is in progress, we have received an application number from our case advisor. The Charity Commission has given us a few suggestions in the wording of our constitution and asked for clarification on a few points. We are hoping to have this process completed early in the 2015.
The NACFR has been building it's team of founding trustees. At this point we would like to announce three new trustees. These are Paul Sutton, Anton Van Dellen and Geoff Catling. Further information on all of the NACFR Founding Trustees can be found on the NACFRs Team page of our website.

We are due to meet the National Forum of Community Response Managers at their next meeting in April 2015. We are looking forward to discussing the NACFR with them at this meeting.
The NACFR is now a member of the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) our membership number is MEMBERV/19070. Being part of the NCVO network means we can connect with like-minded organisations and share our challenges and aspirations whilst NCVO fights for the continued strength of the voluntary sector.
