262 Mott Street

The Bowery Ballroom

Clippery City

Few people ever have the chance to sail aboard a tall ship. The topsail schooner Clipper City allows you to do just that. An imposing 158-ft. long, with masts and rigging reaching up 135 feet from the water, New York’s largest and most elegant sailing vessel can accommodate up to 150 passengers.

A replica of the lumber-hauling schooners that drove America’s industry more than a century ago, Clipper City was built in the mid-1980s using plans purchased from the Smithsonian. Designed with her new cargo in mind (i.e. you), her decks are spacious and comfortable, with ample seating, a full bar amidships and a raised quarter deck back aft that allows for unparalleled views of the city and its harbor.

Diamond Horseshoe

The Diamond Horseshoe has been redesigned to offer a grandeur venue with the option of live world-class entertainment, a functional mad-distillery bar with curated cocktails and a unique dining experience. First opened in 1938 by theatrical showman and impresario Billy Rose, the Diamond Horseshoe was known for dinner theaters, vaudeville-style reviews, and a chorus of showgirls called “Billy Rose’s long-stemmed beauties.”

After the landmark space was restored under the ownership of real-estate investor and patron of the arts, Abby Rosen in partnership with John Meadow’s LDV Hospitality in 2013, the Diamond Horseshoe offers a customized experience with two bars, a catwalk, and optional center stage. El Tucan

El Tucán transports you to the bygone era of glitz and glamour. the venue is a modern-day cabaret that reinvigorates the lavish dinner and show concepts of Havana, Cuba. Located in Brickell, the venue features a range of musical styles from Afro-Latin to Parisian pop with international DJs and emerging acts to the center stage and creating the ultimate nightlife experience. El Tucán also offers a resident 12-piece orchestra, carefully crafted by Grammy award-winning pianist, composer, and producer Marlow Rosado. The menu is created by renowned Chef Jean Paul Lourdes and features lux libations and Peruvian small plates with hints of Amazonian ingredients.

EZ Studio

EZ Studios is a white-wall, multi-use studio with a garage door entrance in the heart of the Garment District and just two avenues away from the Jacob Javits Center. The studio has a main space of 4,500 SF and a mezzanine with 1,000 SF, 17' ceilings, optional track spot lighting for fashion shows, and furniture packages. EZ can accommodate up to 250 guests with an optional 1,000 SF VIP area in the building penthouse, Penthouse 37. The studio offers customizable storefront entrance, drive in capability, a large hair and make up suite, client kitchen, and client production office. 

EZ Penthouse

The Penthouse, a predominately white, multi-use loft is located on the top floor of the EZ Studios building. The Penthouse features eight-foot wraparound windows, providing natural light from the South, East, and West through vintage stainless steel windows. The Penthouse also has distressed concrete floors, custom furnishings, is equipped with a full kitchen, and offers rooftop access with breathtaking views of Manhattan.

Hudson Loft

Hudson Loft is an industrial chic venue, set against the charm and scenery of the Hudson Valley. The venue offers 6,600 SF of usable event, custom light fixtures, hardwood floors, steel beams, exposed duct work, and the original concrete walls. Large windows provide the guests with spectacular views of the Hudson River while the wrap around granite cocktail ledge allows for elegant receptions with floor space for dinner and dancing. Hudson Loft offers various amenities, such as; a beautifully furnished event suite with a private restroom, a turnkey AV package, in-house furniture rentals, a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, refined marble restrooms, and a dramatic freight elevator entrance. The venue is perfect for a variety of events and accommodates up to 450 guests for a standing cocktail reception and up to 220 for a seated dinner with a dance floor (250 without a dance floor). 

Hudson Mercantile

Hudson Mercantile offers modern, white space in the Hudson Yards area of Midtown Manhattan, just one block from the Jacob Javits Center. This multi-level venue consists of three unique spaces: the Gallery, Studio and Rooftop.

The ground floor Gallery is drive-in studio space with dark concrete floors, white walls, high ceilings, a 25’ cyclorama and two options for guest entrance. With 5,200 usable SF, it is particularly suitable for large product launches, social events and commonly utilized as one part of a multi-floor event, where each space contributes to a larger overall event.

The 6th floor Studio is accessible by a pair of private express elevators, and offers 6,000 SF of white walls and polished concrete floors. With 14’ ceilings and natural light on all four sides, it is an amazing space waiting to be transformed.

The Rooftop is a true New York experience with unobstructed views of the Hudson River, Empire State Building, New York Times, and the New Yorker Hotel. Boasting over 5,000 SF of usable space, the roof is one of the largest in Manhattan and has an open footprint that can be used al fresco, or alternatively, fully enclosed and tented to provide a climate controlled space.

Le Poisson Rouge

(Le) Poisson Rouge is located in Greenwich Village and has created a rich history of its own. Founded by musicians and engineered by John Storyk of WSPG Design Group, the club is unlike any other when it comes to location. The main room holds up to 700 guests and features a modular stage that can be expanded to include a Thrust configuration. The Gallery Bar is located right off the main room, but offers its own entrance if rented separately. The Gallery Bar gives clients a more intimate setting, as well as a small stage. 



Lovage Rooftop is a striking venue that will provide stunning 360-degree views of all NYC's landmarks, beautiful and modern decor, and delectable food and beverage options. This event will do all of the work for you, all you need to do is show up and relax. With the capability of activating both the outdoor and indoor space, this venue allows for an array of events.

Ludlow Studios

Located at 40 Ludlow Street between Hester and Grand, Ludlow Studios is 1,800SF of beautiful. With 1,500SF  of event and shooting space and 285SF for hair, makeup and wardrobe, Ludlow Studios brings a space for creation and celebration to the Lower East Side. Ludlow Studios was entirely custom crafted based on the recommendations of veteran photographers, stylists, event planners, makeup artists and videographers. Creative people spoke, and we listened.

Mack Sennett Studios

This Los Angeles landmark has played host to countless productions for film, television, advertising, music, fashion and art industries. as well as large-scale events. 
Stage 1 is a 5,000 SF soundproofed soundstage, with a 60' clear span, 100-foot length and 23 feet to the catwalks and adjustable lighting grids, is a fast and easy rig. It has ample power, a 100' U-shaped cyclorama, a 7' deep pit in the floor for tricky effect shots, and accommodates cars. Stage 2 has 2,000 SF of shooting space and 50-foot L-shaped cyclorama is ideal for small productions and still photo shoots with ample daylight or fully blacked out. Each stage comes equipped with their own separate support facilities: brand new bathrooms, kitchens, dressing, hair/make-up areas and lounges.
In addition to studio rentals, Mack Sennett Studios also provides flats, scenic backdrops, risers and a well-stocked mill for set construction on site. The 12,000 foot-basement offers endless possibilities for suspense and atmosphere. 

Meatpacking Pop-Up

The location offers tremendous foot traffic from nearby retail, dining, hospitality, and cultural destinations and is easily accessibly by all forms of transportation. The venue is also steps away from area hotels, including The Gansevoort, Dream Downtown and The Standard, as well as, Soho House. 

Mercantile Annex

Mercantile Annex offers a pair of modern, fresh studio spaces, Annex 37 and Annex 38, in the Hudson Yards district of Midtown Manhattan.

Annex 37 is a sleek modern studio space complete with high-gloss white floors, street level load-in access and floor to ceiling wrap around windows. With 2,900 usable SF and an attached outdoor patio, Annex 37 is the perfect space for events ranging from intimate social gatherings to exclusive product launches.

Annex 38 offers 3,600 SF of expansive white walls, dramatic lofted ceilings, and elegant high-gloss floors. With it's 30' foot ceilings and towering windows, Annex 38 provides a refreshingly unique and diverse space for any New York City event.

Michelson Studio

Michelson Studio is an architecturally progressive penthouse centrally located in Manhattan's West Village. During daylight hours, natural light bathes the 8,000 SF studio from early morning until sunset through the venue's 50, 8-foot showcasing unobstructed river views, from the Statue of Liberty to the Jersey Cliffs. 
An industrial theme vibrates throughout the space, from riveted steel bathrooms and massive hinges to vaulted doors and a poured concrete kitchen counter top. The studio layout can flow together or be easily divided into two unique spaces, separated by a pair of 14-foot tall doors. A mezzanine atop a floating metal staircase provides clients with a semi-private furnished lounge and a bird's eye view of both spaces.
The venue is soundproof and an ideal location for film and photo shoots as well as corporate events. Guests enter through a private elevator with direct access from the courtyard.



This turn-key space, boasts 22' ceilings, exposed industrial elements, and abundant natural light. The rawness of the venue combined with the sleek furniture allows guests a unique event experience. The outdoor venue is a protected space with market lights, and a mural by artist Jonathan Matas. The Studios (#4 and #5) are breakaway, smaller, independent spaces with rolling glass doors providing an indoor/outdoor experience. The Studios may be included in a main venue event rental or rented separately.

Penn Plaza Pavilion is a multi-use, multi-floor exhibit hall in Midtown Manhattan with over 42,000 SF of usable space. Adjacent to Madison Square Garden and Penn Station, Penn Pavilion is perfectly situated for events requiring an expansive locale with access to high foot traffic and proximity to area attractions, hotels, and transportation.
The first floor features over 5,700 SF primed for a storefront, event activation, or trade show registration. Double escalators move guests to the second floor where the main space offers 35,000 SF. The space is a transformable industrial building complete with three modern, multi- functional spaces. The proximity to the Loop alongside the districts fresh new food and bar scene, make it one of Chicago's most popular destinations.


ROOT BKN offers over 10,000 SF of state-of-the-art photography studio space, perfect for all types of events. The venue is divided into four studios ranging in size and includes a shared lobby with a cafe and bar. Studios 1 and 2 have access to a private garden and Studios 2 and 4 can showcase multiple vehicles. 


ROOT NYC is a photography studio and event venue located in the heart of Chelsea. ROOT NYC is a dynamic and convenient space when it comes to location. It offers 10,000 SF with a total of three studios on two separate floors and is perfect for a variety of events, including: large cocktail receptions, product launches, fashion shows, and auto reveals. The most popular space is located on the ground floor, Studio 3, is a 4,500 SF, street accessible studio with an easy load-in through two garage doors. The space is recently renovated and features permanent rigging points in the ceiling, as well as eight restrooms for men and women. 


Salinas is located in New York City's vibrant Chelsea neighborhood. The restaurant’s name is inspired by the many salinas (areas where salt is harvested by the sea), along the Mediterranean coast of Spain and throughout the Balaeric Islands. The cuisine is reminiscent of Spain’s lively culture, music and natural resources, offering traditional regional Spanish cuisine as well as a selection of hot and cold tapas. Chef Luis Bollo (Mediterra in Princeton, N.J.), a San Sebastián native, serves classic dishes from the country’s Mediterranean coast including a rotating house paella. Designed by Mary Catherine and Donald Mikula, the 90-seat space features handcrafted furnishings and details that feel contemporary yet evocative of old world New York. A striking retractable glass roof, custom-made blue stone fireplace and a water wall reminiscent of the Mediterranean sea create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Wooden chairs sculpted by a local artist, limestone-covered walls, and Brazilian walnut floors are found throughout the three main spaces, which include a tapas room and bar, main dining room and 35-seat garden.

SIR Stage 37

A flexible event and performance space from music industry leaders SIR Entertainment Services, SIR Stage 37 is located in Midtown West, just one block from the Jacob Javits Center. With over 13,600 SF of space, SIR Stage 37 offers high ceilings, open space, and contemporary features that will flawlessly frame your event. Since opening its doors in 2009, SIR Stage 37 has hosted a variety of events for top companies, including Fashion Week premieres, TV show tapings, conferences, product launches, private parties, receptions and so much more. 

Sixth Floor Loft

Sky Studio

Smashbox Studios

Smashbox is a premier photography studio and event space in the hear of LA’s Westside. Smashbox offers distinguished clients state-of-the-art design and services in an exceptionally renovated four-studio campus. The 25,000 SF facility is easily accessible by the I-10 and I-405 Freeways and minutes away from the Santa Monica Beach Cities, Los Angeles International Airport, Beverly Hills, Century City, Malibu and Pacific Palisades.

Each studio is a crisp blank canvas and uniquely appointed with lofty ceilings, a luxurious lounge, sleek kitchenette and functional workstation, with dedicated high-speed Internet and private printing/scanning services. Located in the heart of the West Village at Greenwich Street and Charles, Stephan Weiss Studios offers two separate event spaces. The main exhibition space and back gallery total 6,000 SF in an open floor plan. The main  space offers 22 ft. ceilings and can accommodate up to 300 guests in multiple configurations. Minimal columns make it a perfect choice for corporate product launches, presentations and cocktail parties. The venue can also accommodate vehicles.

Above the main space is an additional rental – a dramatic and elegantly furnished loft space with 20 ft. ceilings, and two walls of windows which overlook a strolling sculpture garden. The loft space is 2,000 sq ft and doubles in size with the inclusion of the terrace.

Tarallucci E Vino

Just north of Union Square, Tarallucci e Vino event spaces are hidden gems just waiting to enhance your next party. The Mezzanine is an intimate room perfect for a small private gathering for 30 guests or cocktail party for 80. Warm and sophisticated, it makes everyone feels at home. Teragram Ballroom

Teragram Ballroom offers clients an elevated experience with its sleek décor, state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, and advanced acoustical treatments. The Chester - Meatpacking

The Chester is an American restaurant, bar and event space, located in the heart of the Meatpacking District’s nightlife hub. The Hammerstein Ballroom

The Hammerstein Ballroom combines a magnificent, century-old former opera house with fully integrated 21st century media and entertainment production technology. Events from international product launches and television awards programs to designer fashion shows and fundraisers, are held under a hand-painted ceiling and surrounded by three balconies with side boxes. In-house audio recording studios, television studios, video control rooms, and post-production suites make production possibilities for this highly flexible event space virtually limitless.

The Grand Ballroom

The Grand Ballroom, located on the 7th floor of The Manhattan Center, is one of New York City’s not-so-hidden gems. The Pennsy

TORO NYC is located in the historic Nabisco Factory, which occupies the block surrounded by 10th Avenue, West Side Highway, and 15th Street in New York's South Chelsea neighborhood.
