Penn Plaza Pavilion is a multi-use, multi-floor exhibit hall in Midtown Manhattan with over 41,000 SF of usable space. Adjacent to Madison Square Garden and Penn Station, the Pavilion is perfectly situated for events looking for high foot traffic and proximity to hotels and transportation.
The Pavilion is easily accessible from any point in the city. It offers three entrances, one on Seventh Avenue between 32nd and 33rd Streets, a direct entrance from the Hotel Pennsylvania lobby (for hotel-related events) and a dedicated freight entrance on 32nd Street.
The ground floor features over 5,796 SF primed for use as a storefront, event activation, or trade show registration.
