This past year, we've honed in on what our clients really want and need. After some research into our database, we've pulled together a collection of our most booked venues. Ranging from 2,000 SF to 40,000 SF, it's clear that there is no "one size fits all" when it comes to venue bookings. However, a common theme amongst them all is white walls, minimal columns and prime location. Take a look at a few of our most popular venues from over the past years.

130 Greene Street is located in prime SoHo, between the iconic streets of Houston and Prince. It is adjacent to top retailers including the Apple Store, Louis Vuitton, Hugo Boss, Ralph Lauren, and Proenza Schouler. The ground floor retail space offers 2,200 SF of column free space, a 12-ft ceiling and spectacular skylight for abundant natural light. The glass frontage and interior brick wall embody SoHo’s quintessential charm, however unlike traditional Soho spaces with tin ceilings, 130 Greene has direct access to eye beams for rigging. On the main floor, there is a restroom, kitchenette, modular counter top, and two drape-only dressing rooms which can be combined for an Instagram vignette. The permanent half-wall conceals the basement staircase leading to an additional 1,500 SF of back of house space and a second restroom. 130 Greene is a perfect choice for short-term retail pop-ups and experiential activations.

The Pavilion is easily accessible from any point in the city. It offers three entrances, one on Seventh Avenue between 32nd and 33rd Streets, a direct entrance from the Hotel Pennsylvania lobby (for hotel-related events) and a dedicated freight entrance on 32nd Street.

The first floor features over 5,700 SF primed for a storefront, event activation, or trade show registration. Double escalators move guests to the second floor where the main space offers 35,000 SF. The second level’s open floor plan allows for flexible design and access to electricity is readily available in the floor ports, columns, overhead, and walls.

As for extending event exposure beyond the venue’s walls, branding opportunities exist on the multiple second floor windows facing Seventh Avenue and Madison Square Garden.

Penn Pavilion’s prime location and versatility make it the perfect choice for a myriad of events. From product launches and fashion shows, to trade shows and seminars, Penn Plaza Pavilion can host them all.
