To say London has welcomed me with open arms is an understatement. I have been fortunate to meet so many incredible people in the nearly 3 years we have been here which has lead me to a fantastic role in supporting Troubadour Theatres, LTD and their charity, Troubadour Trust.

Also, I am thrilled to be collaborating with my various trusted resources to not only open the doors for brand activations, but to also raise money for incredible arts and education programs run by the Trust, in addition to checking out a show here and there. Troubadour allows me to play in a platform I am so familiar with – venues and in a creative environment that touches upon so many of my passions, including theatre, hospitality and charity.

As Trustee of Troubadour Trust and director of the registered charity’s trading subsidiary, I will get to cause all kinds of trouble with my favorite friends and clients. Drop me a note if you are looking for an incredibly versatile space for your event or a high-foot trafficked location for a brand activation.

ABOUT TROUBADOUR THEATRES

Troubadour Theatres specialize in the creation of temporary and semi-permanent theatre venues – utilizing spaces which would otherwise be empty, derelict or unused. Troubadour have been creating, designing, building and running temporary venues across the world for nearly ten years. The ambition is to transform local areas into vibrant cultural hubs, creating modern, sociable spaces which showcase the best of theatre and offer audiences a great night out.

Flexible, dynamic and exciting new venues have been created by the team behind Troubadour Theatres in Camden, Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster, in tented and semi-permanent structures, abandoned buildings and The Royal Parks.

Troubadour Theatres run the brand-new venues in Wembley Park and White City Place, working with well-known and emerging production companies and artists to stage world-class entertainment within flexible theatre spaces unmatched by other London theatres.

TROUBADOUR TRUST
ABOUT TROUBADOUR TRUST

Troubadour Trust aims to be diverse, disruptive and extraordinary, by inspiring arts in the communities local to Troubadour Theatres.

We provide production based participatory projects, access to the arts through community engagement, learning programmes for schools and free space for local organizations who share our charitable goals.

We aim to break down the barriers to training and employment across all aspects of theatre, providing professional development opportunities and supporting emerging talent.
Troubadour Trust connects with communities to provide inclusive and inspiring opportunities to discover and explore theatre.

TROUBADOUR TRUST STORY SO FAR...

Through a 50p levy on ticket sales in Troubadour Theatres we raised over £50,000 between July and December 2019. This has been used to deliver a number of projects in Brent engaging over 3500 people.

Our six week program for the National Theatre’s production of War Horse engaged 2,000 children. We provided free workshops, a 5 day half-term project with Brent Youth Theatre, a Community Day, Family Page to Stage and two School’s Performances offered exclusively to state schooled children in Brent for the cost of £5 per ticket. Michael Morpurgo, the author of War Horse, was there to see it all happen.
