We were thrilled to welcome so many of you on April 26th for our special preview of Peter Maier's new celebrity series. Thank you for helping us celebrate the best in art, real estate and automotive.

The event was hosted by Ian Bruce Eichner, founder of the Continuum Company, who generously opened the not-yet-listed penthouse at Madison Square Park Tower as our incredible backdrop. Elevated 777 feet above the Flatiron District, one of Manhattan’s most sophisticated neighborhoods, the triplex penthouse offers an unparalleled perspective of New York City. With 360-degree views that stretch from the East River to the Hudson, along with captivating vistas of the Empire State Building, Chrysler Building and Clocktower, this extraordinary residence will be delivered as a white box, offering its buyer a singular opportunity to design, customize and curate more than 14,000 square feet of living space, resulting in the creation of a home like no other—a mansion above the clouds with “impossibly real” views.

Our friend Matthew Ivanhoe, president and founder of The Cultivated Collector, joined the festivities by brining in the very special Lancia Appia Zagato, a discreet nod to Peter's history as a car designer and his use of Axalta car paints as his medium.

APA, one of the largest diversified talent agencies in the industry, is proud to represent the epic artistry of Peter Maier. Led by APA Partner and EVP of Worldwide Music, Steve Martin, and agent Karrie Goldberg (The Kagency), APA is excited to collaborate with Peter's team in delivering his extraordinary works to the world in a fresh and unique way.

Peter Maier's collection will be made available for private showings through June 15th, 2018. Please email for an appointment.

In addition, the penthouse at Madison Square Park Tower, along with the building's full-floor model residence, will be made available for a limited time for select bookings. Please email for more information.
Channel 69's Bo Koltnow previewed the show with Peter Maier and Leslie Eichner

Peter Maier is considered one of the top realists in the world- achieving advancements far beyond anything seen in post-modern painting of any kind.. Having jumped ship from his career as a major automotive designer, Maier has developed his own ingenious methodology to creating art that has brought about the term Impossibly Real. Already boasting notable museums and collectors around the world, there is no one that hasn’t been stopped in their tracks when in front of a Maier painting. The newest collection, Maier’s "celebrity series" yet to be seen in person, will undoubtedly fill your eyes and minds with extraordinary beauty and leave you in awe of his flawless and magical artistry.

The visionary address of 45 East 22nd Street is perfectly positioned in one of the most iconic and culturally sophisticated neighborhoods in Manhattan - the Flatiron District at Madison Square Park. Transforming the downtown skyline, the soaring tower is a sculptural glass silhouette of sixty-five stories that rises seven hundred and seventy seven feet in the sky. The striking exterior, crafted by the world- renowned architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, wraps around timeless and tailored interiors designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio with a nod to the rich heritage of the Flatiron District, updated with modern elegance.
