The famous glass ceiling: unfortunately it still exists in many companies. Four senior female leaders will talk about their career and give advice on do's and don'ts for the way to the top. In a panel discussion they will then exchange opinions on what individual women and men as well as companies need to do to break the glass ceiling in Switzerland. The event will be followed by a networking apéro.

Role Model Event @ Deloitte on November 2, 2016.
Business benefits of diverse leadership teams. A key competency for leaders in the global environment is the ability to lead diverse clients and teams, including managing unconscious bias effectively. During this evening we want to explore the key markers of inclusive leadership and strategize about how we can foster an environment where all voices are heard, valued and leveraged.

Men, women, leadership in the 21st century with Michael Kimmel on November 30, 2016 in Zurich. BYOB - Bring Your Own Boss!
Michael Kimmel will discuss with 3 CEOs (male and female) what leadership in the 21st century means. The qualities of a successful leader have changed over the time and some so-called "female" attributes are becoming more and more important. What can men learn from women and vice-versa? And why is gender equality a win-win for both?
