Sprouts give our bodies concentrated nutrition to help our bodies cleanse, detoxify, rebuild and heal itself. Sprouts are full of antioxidants, the body's first defense against free radicals caused by toxic buildup within our bodies.
Sprouts are a complete food with complete proteins. It's an economic super food. One tablespoon of seeds will make a quart-sized jar full of sprouts.
