Greetings, friends!

The snow is flying in Vermont and I am reflecting on the many opportunities we have at the moment to resist violence in all its forms and to create connection across divides.

I'm grateful for the curiosity, kindness and bravery that I have seen in so many people over the last year as they act to connect even, and especially, in the presence of disagreement and distrust. I'm inspired to continuing working to expand our collective capacity to change the conversation in conflict.

Looking for ideas to help shift the conversation or ready for some new ways to approach conflict? Two ideas for you or as a gift for a loved one or friend:

- Throughout December, January, and February, I will be offering conflict skill-building coaching sessions over Skype. Learn more or schedule a session here.

- Check out my book, Changing the Conversation: The 17 Principles of Conflict Resolution for practical approaches to develop new ways of approaching conflict. Order here

Below you will find info about my upcoming and recent events. I would love to work with you and your community, please be in touch with thoughts about how we might collaborate.

Yours in solidarity for a strong, flexible and non-violent society,
