Moving at the pace of grace...
My Friends ~
Incredibly, it has been nearly a year since we've had to adjust our lives so completely to navigate the unknowns and dangers of a once-in-a-century pandemic. I am touched continuously by the goodness, creativity, resilience, and yes, the Amazing Grace that so many of us have brought to these challenging times. When we had to move from in-person to online, (especially for singing, dancing, sitting silently, and connecting together!) my approach was not "What can I do?" but rather "How can I work with the limitations and features of online hosting/facilitating that most benefits the people I serve?" We truly live in a call and response universe, for with this inquiry, along with some deep listening and love, the way has opened up beautifully.
I am happy to say that we have created a sanctuary of love, presence, and connection in our online Singing Sangha
Our gatherings are filled with truth, playfulness, and much appreciation for the honesty, insights, and struggles we experience in this human excursion.
Come share in the beauty and peace, laughter, tears, and joy as we enter the rich world of devotional song, healing mantras, and playful ditties that so nourishing our creativity. We will share poetry, dive into focused inquiry, along with meditation, movement, listening, toning, and vocal practices. Early registration discount by March 1st! Join from anywhere. Space is limited for everyone's benefit so please register now if you intend to come.

EMBRACE EMBODY EMPOWER
Hearing the cries of the world, I continue in my devotion to the practice of being present and listening to all the beauty and suffering, the vast and undying as well as the nature of impermanence itself, trusting the call of transformation and creativity each step of the way. This is the Golden Path that so nourishes our capacity to embody compassionate awareness in each moment and movement of our lives.
With all my love, I wish you wellness and song ~ Maniko
