Attend the meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board scheduled at a special time:

This may be the last hearing for the Poseidon site proposed by Huntley & Huntley.
Note the special early start time for this meeting!
Protect PT will present our experts at this hearing and public comment may be taken. Public participation is an essential part of the Zoning Hearing Board process. Stand up for your constitutional rights to clean air and water and a healthy environment. Tell the ZHB these permits deserve better than a rush job review, because of the consequences:
-Light and Noise
-Hazards & Emergency Evacuations
-Threat to Vulnerable Populations
Drakulic, Deutsch, and Numis Sites to be presented on Saturdays to expedite the township's permit process.
Per the settlement agreement between Penn Township and Apex Energy LLC. the township must hear these applications by the end of January. Protect PT formally opposes this expedited process and the federal settlement agreement. Protect PT submitted an Amicus Brief before the federal judge presiding over this case, but it was denied by the court.
