It's spring time in the mountains. Watching the crocus fight through late snows and seeing the cherry blossoms on the three spindly trees in our yard it's apparent nature is ready for renewal and growth. When I saw this photo of Harry, Susan, Andy, and Kelsey at a Temple in Kyoto, it reminded me that we can all find new experiences. East West Partners is putting the idea of growth into practice as we re-engage with some of our former partners, begin development in familiar locations, and find new opportunities to build relationships and communities everywhere.
I’m happy to announce that over the next two months we will welcome back Jim Telling and Bill Fiveash in Vail and Utah, respectively. Both partners will help us identify new potential in these core markets, and we are fortunate to be in the company of their expertise and enthusiasm. Growth is taking place in Deer Valley as we begin a new project and re-enter that market after a brief hiatus, and new experiences abound as we head east in Denver to the Lowry area where we've entered into an agreement to develop 36 townhomes.
All in all, it's been a great start to Spring. Can’t wait to see the tulips wake up from their long winter naps in the next couple of weeks...along with those big, hungry bears!
Until next time,
