1.) Update Your Profile: Ensure we have your most up-to-date information, including contact, role/employment, and your needs/interests
2.) Take Our Annual Survey: We would love your feedback to help us improve the program and better support you
There are two links below. One will take you to your Leadership Initiative profile page to review, update, and confirm your information with us. The second link will take you to our survey.
Your profile review/update should take less than 2 minutes. The survey will take you about 15 minutes to complete. We want your honest feedback about your experience with your different events and offerings - what has worked well and what we can improve. We also want to know more about your leadership and workplace to help us ensure we are meeting your needs. Your participation in the survey is voluntary and all of your responses will be anonymous and confidential.
