Do you want to get your Infant/Toddler CDA?


The Long Island Regional Early Childhood Career Development Center
in partnership with a local SUNY college is offering a
Fully Funded Credit Bearing Infant/Toddler CDA program
to a limited number of participants.
 
WHEN:
This program will be offered beginning Spring 2022 and will continue through the Summer and Fall semesters of 2022.

Classes will most likely be Tuesday and Thursday evenings for the Spring 2022 semester. 
 
HOW MUCH:

The program is funded through the PDBG5 Grant and managed by the NY Early Childhood Professional Development Institute. The funded program covers tuitions, fees, core text books, CDA exam supplies, CPR/FA certification, Credentialing exam fee and fingerprinting if needed.

WHERE:
TBD. Classes will operate in-person most likely on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Attend an information session to learn more about the funded-CDA
  • Fill out an application of interest on our website
  • Attend courses on-campus in-person 
  • * All SUNY campuses require students to show proof of vaccination status in order to take classes.
Upon completion, students will receive 16 college credits that can apply towards a degree at the local college. Credits may transfer into other CUNY/SUNY colleges in early childhood education.  You will also be able to apply for the nationally recognized Infant/Toddler CDA Credential.
