To BW parents:

The care and thoughtfulness of the BW community has been extraordinary this week in response to coronavirus (COVID-19). As announced earlier this week, the university is moving to remote instruction on March 23 that will continue through April 10. Our campus remains open, and student services continue.
BW faculty and staff continue to prepare BW for remote instruction and have been working hard to respond to challenging and changing demands.
Now it is time for our students to prepare themselves to continue their BW experience. Your professors and departments across campus are preparing classes so please pay attention to your email daily and to your Blackboard groups where you will receive instructions and important updates.

Supporting the health and wellness of our community is a top priority, and we are following recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization, with particular emphasis on limiting social contact with others. We hope that by doing our part, we can help to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

An updated information page is available at: Additional updates will follow during the remote instruction period.
Personal attention is a hallmark of the BW experience and you can expect that attention to continue, even if we are not on the same campus together. Your understanding and continued cooperation during this challenging time is greatly appreciated.
