To BW parents:

At Baldwin Wallace University our first responsibility is to student education -- that our students have access to great professors and together they advance their education on schedule. We appreciate the extraordinary efforts that so many are making to help achieve this goal and, at the same time, making the health and safety of everyone on campus a priority.
To that end, BW has made the difficult decision to extend remote instruction for the remainder of the Spring Semester through May 8, 2020. Similarly, we will postpone Spring commencement originally scheduled for May 9. We will hold a full commencement ceremony for all interested graduating seniors at a later date.
All residential students (except those who have documented extreme circumstances) will need to leave the residence halls and remove all belongings by 5 p.m. Sunday, March 29. Additional information on move out procedures will be forthcoming from the Residence Life Office tomorrow, Wednesday March 18.
Updates to will follow soon.
This is an unprecedented time that affects us all. Please know that we look forward to bringing the BW community back together in the Fall, as we begin our 175th academic year and anniversary celebration.
All the best to you,

Bob Helmer
