It's time to start using a password manager. There are many of them out there, I personally use Lastpass because that is what works for me. It's quick, easy, and I can access the passwords that I need from anywhere I have and internet connection. It offers 2FA (2 factor authentication in the premium version) for an ultra-secure method of storing passwords.
There are many great password managers out there, here is a link to PC Magazine's article "The Best Password Managers for 2015". They are a trusted source of information for many people, from techies to end users. There are 3 Editor's Choices, Lastpass is one of them.
Lifehacker has an article on the "Five Best Password Managers", they use the reader nominated method for recommendation.
Whatever you choose, remebering one strong password or passphrase is much easier, plus the ability of them to generate extremely strong passwords and store them is another great feature. No more trying to come up with complex passwords. Just click on generate a password, tell it how many characters and if special characters are allowed. Generate it, copy it and paste into the web form, and just like that you are done.
