I hope this email finds you happy, warm, and surrounded by loved ones. That is how I attempt to spend my winters! As the darkest day of the year draws near, I am grateful for the beacons of light in my life, and I take time to tell them so. The practice of gratitude is so enriching, and I am certainly grateful for your interest and support!
Below you'll find some information about what I'll be up to this winter. In a nutshell : woodshedding.
This week is the final week of the 8 class series that began in the fall (join me for a drop-in!). After December 10th I will be taking a break from teaching open weekly classes. I am available for individual/private and small group lessons however, and would love to connect about this! I will also be teaching open level classes Hatha Yoga at Mandala Yoga this winter, see below.
There are a couple of shows New Years Eve with Baksana dancers for Jai Ho! and Fertile Ground in Jan. see below. Other than that, my schedule is pretty quiet to make way for development of some exciting new work debuting this spring. Stay Tuned!
May you have a bright and blessed winter!
