Dear <<First Name>>,

This is a special announcement and call for help to raise funds for Home Sweet 2017 - the Link Housing Inaugral Fundraising event that you may have read about over on our website.

Home Sweet 2017 aims to raise $100,000 and all proceeds will go to BA. Our CEO Justene Gordon will hopefully be one of many to sleep over at Freshwater Surf Lifesaving Club on 15th September and invites you to join her, sponsor her or simply donate.

This event is important to us and we would love for everyone to get behind it as much as possible – share our newsletter here, share the profile of the event by sharing this link on social media, use the hashtag #homesweet2017 for twitter and sign up to take part!

Young people across the Northern Beaches are displaced – for a number of reasons – usually through no fault of their own, they’re sleeping in cars or on couches, in overcrowded temporary accommodation that isn’t safe. We estimate that right now on the Northern Beaches there are around 200 young people without a permanent home - it's a conservative estimate as homelessness is a hidden epidemic.

Get behind us to end it by offering security and stability to these youths – support this amazing initiative and be part of something important in your local community – let’s all join forces!
