A HUGE Thank You to our patrons!
We are pleased to announce that ACQUA received the OpenTable Diners' Choice Award...
Most Kid Friendly restaurant
in Rancho Mirage!
We're honored and grateful for your generous recognition.
"I enjoyed my visit to Acqua California Bistro." The food was fresh, the waitstaff was attentive and the restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. I was with a party of four and we chose to sit outside. Highway 111 is not far away but how they have it set up you only see the vehicles if you chose to look but you do not hear them.
I had the fresh Ahi Poke and my lunchmates had the cod fish & chips. Everyone was very happy with their meals and commented they would be back. Finding a great place at a moderate price is a challenge here in Coachella Valley.
As for ADA the entrance to the restaurant is large and the access to the outside seating area perfect. My wheelchair didn't prohibit traffic passing the table and didn't cause any issues while I was at the table. Overall a great experience and look forward to returning and discovering more of their very expansive menu.
~ Jay, Cathedral City, CA
"This is Greater Palm Springs 'food-onified'..." Acqua captures the unique feel of the area. Definitely a safe bet as your dining starting point in the valley.
Order your 3 course meal and soak in the desert air! :) ~ Stewart, Carlsbad, CA
"This is one of my favorite places..."
The menu is extensive with options to please just about everyone.
I love the South of the Border Gazpacho soup because it is really tasty and loaded with shrimp. The Chinese Chicken salad is a really good item also. I've enjoyed the omelettes and quesadillas too. The staff is very accommodating. ~ Julia, Rancho Mirage, CA
"Delicious food, great service, excellent value." The four course meal is a great deal at $39.99, the choices are all wonderful. I had soup, pear salad, salmon, and strawberries and cream for dessert. All were delicious.
The atmosphere is great sitting outside by the water. Great overall experience. ~ Niki, Bloomfield, Co
Featured food & drink... Delicious and refreshing!
Chicken & Spinach Pizza Made with fresh mozzarella, creamy spinach, and
tender rotisserie chicken.
Pink Cadillac Made with Cazadores Reposado Tequila, Cointreau, sweet & sour and a float of chambord.
So lovely, it kinda wants to make you sing a song about it...
And Tito's was delighted as well! "I don’t have enough great things to say about our experience with Lulu Catering & Events at the Air Museum. Everything went off without a hitch from the catering side and that was exactly what we needed.
Your onsite team was amazing!!! The buffet tables were beautiful! They mixed up 350+ Tito’s/Vodkas in no time to tray pass, brought in extra desserts as a surprise… I’m just blown away by the level of service.
Thank you thank you thank you!" ~ Genny, Palm Springs, CA

Sunday, March 22 The Velocity of Autumn Palm Springs: The second production for this season from CoyoteStageworks: The Velocity of Autumn by Eric Coble, directed by Chuck Yates. The play swirls around Alexandra, an 80-year-old artist in a showdown with her family over where she’ll spend her remaining years. In Alexandra’s corner are her wit, her volcanic passion, and the fact that she’s barricaded herself in her Brooklyn brownstone with enough Molotov cocktails to take out the block. But her children have their own secret weapon: estranged son Chris, who returns after 20 years, crawls through Alexandra’s second-floor window and becomes the family’s unlikely mediator. No sooner are the words “Hi, Mom” uttered than the emotional bombs start detonating. The Velocity of Autumn is a wickedly funny, wonderfully touching play about the discovery of the fragility and ferocity of life. Please see Website for full schedule. Location: Palm Springs Cultural Center
