Meditate with Brenna at Anchor Meditation  Studio
in Cow Hollow on Union Street
Hello Seekers!

As you know, I have been on board at this new meditation studio on the other side of town in Cow Hollow called Anchor Meditation.
I am now teaching a few classes in hopes that some Yogic energy will help get the studio up and running strongly! 
Tuesdays 9am Yogic Meditation (full of breath, visualization, and energy management techniques)
Thursday 7:30pm Yoga Nidra

The space is beautiful and I adore all of the other teachers and their offerings. From traditional styles of meditation to sound healing to crystals.  Anchor has it all!

Our fearless director, Kelly Ryan .... (Fearless because this is not the easiest time in San Francisco to be signing a new lease and living out a dream)..... needs some help getting the studio to flourish and that takes backers like you!

As you think about what you’d like to accomplish in 2019, I'd like to suggest using meditation as a tool to help you meet your goals and resolutions. 

Why? Well...

Meditation is proven to…

  • Reduce stress and overwhelm
  • Decrease anxiety and anger
  • Release judgment and increase acceptance

If we are able to work towards our goals from a calm, judgment-free space, we are much more likely to meet them.

So to kickstart this year, we are presenting you with a meditation challenge for January!

January Meditation Challenge:

  • Challenge is to take 10 classes within the month of January
  • Mention you're in the challenge and we will give you a sticker to keep track of your progress
  • Sign up and receive a 20% off discount code to a 10 pack
  • Sign up and complete the challenge: you will be entered into the running for a Grand Prize filled with Zen goodies

Do this challenge with friends (and if they are new to Anchor, you can refer them using this link and you’ll both get $10 class credit) so you all can bring more mindfulness into your lives.

Perhaps we don't need resolutions that require us to make 180-degree shifts in our lives. Perhaps a few extra days of meditation will show us the good we already have within ourselves.
