Like I was about to say... This can be such an interesting time of year in regards to our health and wellbeing. As much as we want to wind down for the holidays, there is often so much to wind up before we do!
But how do we stay sharp, focused and productive to get it all done and enjoy ourselves in the process? While balance certainly plays a part, it is often our mindset and health that play a major role.
