Hi,

 

I can’t believe how long it has been since I’ve said hello! A lot has been happening around here, I’ve re-branded and I’ve been busy travelling around on some pretty incredible adventures.

I’ve shifted my focus a bit this year to the three areas I believe are vital to creating a happy, successful and fulfilling life - health, fun and adventure, and philanthropy. While I’ll chat about each one over the coming months, this month I really wanted to zone in on health.

With timeframes getting tighter, workplaces becoming more competitive, and the daily demands of life hanging over us it can be easy to sacrifice our own health and happiness to “get it all done”. You know the feeling right? It’s like Ground Hog day, the same old manic schedule, just faster-paced and more pressure.

So this month I really want to challenge you to slow it down, start prioritizing your health and to be present.

Health | Is it time you slowed down and switched off? 


A new study from Stanford found that productivity per hour declines sharply when the workweek exceeds 50 hours, and productivity drops off so much after 55 hours that there’s no point in working any more. 

That means people working 70 hours or more are still achieving the same amount as someone working 55 hours!
